The Vintage Vault Boutique is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

2. Payment. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and dispatched. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

3. Product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you regarding the available options, which may include selecting another item or receiving a refund where applicable.

4. Product information. Descriptions, sizes, colours and images are as accurate as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device.

5. Shipping & delivery. Delivery times and fees vary by location. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and reachable contact information.

6. Order changes & cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

7. Returns & exchanges. Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.

8. Refunds. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable refund method. Delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

9. Wrong or missing items. Contact us immediately with your order details and supporting photos or videos.

10. Customer responsibility. Check order details, selected sizes and shipping information before completing payment.
